This would be the page to describe the initial character creation (i.e. how many of each thing do you start with, which ones get defined from previous family events or where a kid was raised, which are free to select). Probably also some stuff on progressive creation of the sheet (i.e. you can start with only some of the fields filled in), and how to do fast character progression when a character hasn’t been played for a few years… which is the complex stuff.
