WIP while I focused more on the character sheet in this pass

A half-page (hamburger-style) sheet to track an individual Estate that is possessed¹ by a player character. One side tracks the grant - what were the exact permissions about it, what are the details about the particular territory. The other side is mostly focused on Improvements (and, for eccentric reasons, the field systems present)
