They spent that night caressed by clouds, cold on their high mesa, bees quiet. The leaves around them rustled, spoke like fresh ghosts. But nights never last, and though the sun was tired she pulled herself up over the horizon again. The world was different… but the light was the same.

The Wildsea is a 2022 rpg by Felix Isaacs and published by Mythworks where characters have a “boat” that sails over the endlessly growing and changing canopy of an expansive forest called the Wildsea post-post-apocalypse.

PICO is a game where cute tiny bugs wander a world after humans have left and wonder about its mysteries. Eternal Ruins is a lonely Ghibli-esque1 endless labyrinth2 that wandering characters navigate and discover.

They are all games Told by Wild Words. A cadet-branch of sorts from the Forged in the Dark family of games, these games have a similar3 dice pool - which again centers it as one of the parent-games of The Death of Arthur. In fact, this is the one that first shaped the newest design, even though I reached back to other games with similar systems later.
