You may not have the right or ability to divide everything you put here in that exact way, or it may be contested1; this isn’t a promise about how all inheritance will happen, just a note for what your character intended (which is still important).
Sidenote: may need to give the Lady more room, since The Loom is going to render part of this inoperable2.
